Thank you for shopping at ModernChild. To ensure your complete satisfaction, please take a moment to review and understand our terms of sale. We may revise these terms from time to time, therefore it is important that you review this page for the most up to date information.

General
It is not necessary to register or open an account to place an order through our site.

All prices shown are in US Dollars. Products to be delivered outside the United States will be converted to the customer's local currency.

Orders delivered within California are subject to 8.75% sales tax.

Payment
ModernChild accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. To ensure the highest level of security, fraud prevention and customer satisfaction, ModernChild has selected PayPal as our preferred payment processor. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to make a purchase through our site. You may simply checkout with one of the bank cards noted above.

Delivery
In stock items ship within 2-3 business days, via USPS Priority.

Special Order items ship within 3-4 weeks for MATTEO and 4-8 weeks for Roberta Settels.

Unless noted on the product page, all orders ship from Los Angeles, California.

Gift Wrapping
Complimentary gift wrapping is available year round. During checkout, indicate your request in the "Note to seller" field, and we will be happy to wrap your gift in one of our signature wraps.

Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you by email and/or phone to discuss your shipping options. Crib and Dresser are available for shipping in the United States only. Please check KALON STUDIOS website for retailers outside of the United States.

ModernChild currently ships to: Australia, Austria, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russian Federation, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.

Returns
ModernChild offers FREE Returns/Exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only. All returns must have a Return Authorization prior to sending merchandise back. Upon approval, we will send you return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label via email. Returned merchandise must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging. ModernChild will assess a restocking fee if merchandise is not in its original condition and/or packaging. All sale and furniture items are FINAL - no returns/exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or defected, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to replace your item as quickly as possible.
